​​​Nanika Shaw has a deep passion for helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the world of immigration law.  As the daughter of immigrants from Guyana, she understands the challenges and dreams that come with building a new life in a different country. This personal connection inspires her to guide her clients through the process with care and dedication.

Over the years, she has served as legal counsel in both the private and public sectors, alongside advising on immigration matters, which has given her a well-rounded perspective on the legal system. In addition to her work at the firm, she also serves as a part-time administrative law judge in New York City, where she strives to bring fairness and clarity to every case she handles.

She believes that everyone deserves a chance to achieve their dreams, and is here to make the immigration process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients across the country.
